Some Days its Hard to Get Things Done

Lesson 1 -always make sure you backhoe has plenty of fuel before you get going to deep into your project. When you run a diesel vehicle out of fuel, it can sometimes take a while to get it running again. After 3 trips to Maverick to get 5 gal containers filled, and after loosening various fuel lines, the backhoe final started - 2 hours after it unexpectedly stopped.

Lesson 2 - make sure you have enough welding rod to do the job. Hmm - I wonder where I can find this type of welding rod in our little town? Nope not at either hardware stores. Nope not at two different welding supply places. Nope not at the auto parts place. But Yes finally this one autoparts store has what I need.

Lesson 3 - make sure you have plenty of oxygen for the cutting torch. When you run out on Saturday, there is no where to get more in town as there is only one business that supplies it and they are closed on Saturday.

Lesson 4 - keep your tote and fetch girl away from the computer. She can get easily sidetracked when she sits down "just for a moment", or so she says.
